it's been forever, and i apologize. too much to do, not enough time to do it. anyways, i'm back (does ANYONE read this?) and i'm gonna be putting out a new issue sooooooon. interviews, profiles, pictures, reviews, etc.! sooooo stoked!

so, this is too let you all (who???) that i'm not dead, the zine's not dead, and i'm ready to get this going again.

ISSUE #2 OUT NOW!

warts and all, issue #2 is out now, featuring interviews with Kyle Olson, Paul A. Rosales, Tan Dollar, and Chantel Beam. album review and live review. updates. all that jass!

there are a few mistakes (duh) that i will address here:

page 2 - in the table of contents i write that page eleven (11) features a review of an Italic Indians live show, when really it's a review of the whole night at Acrobatics Everyday (June 17th, 2010).

page 2 - "alos" should be "also".

page 10 - this is just to clear up any confusion that may occur. while Chantel Beam says she doesn't like to do landscapes or anything like that in her photography, the landscapes and nature i refer to in the intro to her interview is the setting she puts her subjects models/friends in. though she says she's "never been into landscapes", i believe she does have a knack for capturing some lovely scenes (outdoor and indoor). :)

page 11 - the guy from Alaskas name is Dillon, not "Dylan" as i wrote (i have only heard his name in person and thought it was spelled differently). so yeah, Dillon James Rego is Alaskas. my bad, dude.

clearly, staying up all night to finish the zine is not the way to go about it, haha.

ANYWAYS! the zine is out there and i have copies, so come find me at a show or a restaurant or whatever and ask for one! i gave a bunch to Burger Records (645-A South State College Boulevard Fullerton, CA 92831) so they will prolly have some copies. i also gave some to Paul Rosales to take to the UK, so if you're in the UK get one from him or if he has any when he gets back, find out! other than that, i have the rest of the copies, so ask me for one. i'll prolly drop some off at Factory Records or something, but until then, i am your most trusted source (and Burger Records' store, haha).

speaking of Burger Records, the new Conspiracy of Owls cassette is muy boss. GET IT>>>>>>>>

ISSUE #3 will hopefully get started soon, but everything is tentative (and costly) so sit tight.
